GPA Law Co-Presents at the Annual State AICM Credit Symposium
On 22 February 2018, our Senior Associate, Mr Dan Rappoport, proudly co-presented with Counsel, Geoffrey McDonald at the Annual State AICM Credit Symposium.
The event was held at Rydges at World Square and was attended by representatives of many ASX 100 companies.
This is the 4th year running that Gavin Parsons & Associates has been invited to and enjoyed the opportunity to co-present with Mr McDonald at this annual event.
The Credit Symposium concerned the hot topics below regarding recent and proposed changes to the laws affecting credit professionals:
· Do you know what rights you won and lost due to insolvency reform in 2017?
